This year is almost over, and as I was sitting and reflecting on all my successes and failures, I noticed that I was beginning to dwell on the negative. But then I picked up my devotional and Bible to read because I knew at that moment it would speak to my heart and soul. I was reminded that just because I've made mistakes or had failures, that doesn’t stop my destiny. I am a child of God. I've been crowned with favor, and God loves me beyond what I could ask or think. God placed greatness in me, and I am destined to leave my mark. Don't ever let self-doubt and past failures trick you into thinking that God's plan for you is over, because it is not!

 Romans 8:28 ESV “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” 

James 1:2-4 ESV “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.”
